Saw Labels / Nest Labels

CADCode’s label design ‘drag & drop’ placement of available data types or fixed text to create custom label designs to meet every situation. Windows Truetype and barcode fonts give you the power to design the exact label you need.

CADCode labels can provide a practically unlimited number of information fields, showing job, customer and product details. Scanning the barcode on the label can trigger a number of events including selecting and loading a program into the machining center (eliminating operator errors) brining up the guide pins, or tying into other operations.

All of these features add up to fast accurate and efficient parts processing. One of the key elements of our labels is a scaled image of the part, which shows dimensions, edges to band, orientation on a machining center and machining operations. CADCode generates the graphic from the actual machine code not a DXF or bitmap. CADCode’s images still provide excellent detail even when scaled to a small size.

SawLabels™ OnDemand Use with a touch screen unit to display paperless cutlist patterns at-the-saw, giving the saw operator all the needed information to select the correct material, make cuts, and identify parts.

Labels are printed by selecting the part on the screen SawLabels™ Realtime CADCode uses a unique process to print user designed labels on CNC saws that are capable of printing only basic labels.

Machines that were not designed to print graphic labels can print part graphics using this system. NestLabels™ for use with a touch screen unit to display nested patterns at the router. Labels are selected and printed by touching the screen or voice activation.
