On-the-fly editing of inventory lets you easily add falloff material for a current run or quickly add new materials to the inventory. On-thefly modification of material specific optimization controls is as simple as a right-button mouse click.

QuickCut™ combines QuickCAM’s Cut-To-Size easy order entry with CADCode’s saw optimization to provide you with the industry’s best value in a powerful saw optimizing solution. Many of QuickCut’s standard features are extra cost options in other systems.
Parts can be entered with consideration for grain direction and adjustment made for edgebanding on any of four edges. Reference a DXF file to associate machining or a program name for automatic barcode scanning at a machining center. Inventory entries allow for specific optimization controls for each raw material. Set trim values for each edge, grain direction and target stack height.
Control pattern complexity by reducing or increasing third and fourth phase cutting percentages. There are unlimited number of material descriptions and sheetsizes per material, with the ability to control supply, priority and availability for each sheetsize.
Other available features include innovative grain matching capabilities, pattern editing, integrated labeling, stock rips and stock blanks management.
