PartMaster™ combines saw optimization, single part code generation and part labeling with CADCode’s powerful ProcessManager™ for unparalleled control and flexibility over your complete cell based manufacturing process. PartMaster™ provides ALL the tools to manage the flow of machining and labeling data to all of your machines in one powerful integrated package.
For the saw, PartMaster™ uses the OptiSaw NC optimization module for superior material optimization & automatic pattern reduction and machine ready code. OptiSaw allows control of all parameters specific to offering premium optimization results.
For the Machining Center, PartMaster™ generates single part programs in machine ready code. PartMaster™ considers machine specific parameters like tooling information, zone size, tool changer and optimizes machining sequence for superior cycle time management. PartMaster™ includes the most versatile labels in the industry. User customized labels can be printed in the office or in real-time at the CNC Saw. CADCode’s label design uses ‘drag & drop’ placement of available data types or fixed text to create custom label designs to meet every situation.
The Process Manager
The Process Manager is where you define all the machining processes that exist in your facility and assign the flow of parts through the different operations. As you can see we can optimize and/or generate code for any number of saws, P2P, routers and horizontal bores and we will do all the operations simultaneously with literally a single click of the mouse.
The Machine Configurations Manager
Machine Configuration Manager CADCode uses an internal machine configuration module to duplicate each of your machines. Every aspect of machine operations is defined, including drill head layout, router and tool diameters, as table and zone configurations, and G-code format. CADCode writes to more machines than anyone in the industry.
PartMaster™ includes CADCode’s unique Pattern Editor, which allows for the interactive editing of cutting and nested patterns. Drag and drop, Copy & Paste, Mirror, & Rotate the part to a new location or even a new sheet. Included is the exclusive ability to interactively resize, move, merge and delete tabs for nested patterns.
