Partlink™ processes machining information from a variety of data
formats into efficient, read-to-run code for point-to-point machining centers,
routers & horizontal boring/dowel insertion machines. All part machining
is predefined, there is no need for time consuming manual toolpath and
tooling definition.
PartLink™ has the ability to combine multiple sources of information
in a single production run – with the appropriate file readers you
can merge diverse data sources for a single job or multiple jobs and create
code for all your parts without losing their respective job associations.
Machine Configuration Manager
CADCode uses an internal machine configuration module to duplicate each
of your machines. Every aspect of machine operations is defined, including
drill head layout, router and tool diameters, as table and zone configurations,
and G-code format.
CADCode writes to more machines than anyone in the industry.
This flexibility in accepting files from various sources allows the user
to work in the design platform of their choice, from a spreadsheet with
parametric formulas to a generic CAD program to a full-fledged cabinet
design package. PartLink™ will simultaneously create code for multiple
CNC machines, regardless of brand or control, readily linking your parts
information to your production machinery for cutting, drilling and routing.
Additional features include automatic runfield control & handling of
mirrored parts, the ability to create and store multiple tool files for
each machine and on-the-fly part editing, eliminating the need to return
to the design source to add or correct part machining. PartLink™ is
