For nested based operations, NestMaster™ automatically generates nested patterns and code for the nesting router. NestMaster™ optimizes for fast machine cycle time and high material yield. IntelliTab™ - provides sophisticated small parts handling features with automatic control of onion-skin and tabs for maximum control of your nesting process.
Along with the nested patterns, NestMaster™ will simultaneously produce individual part programs to simplify damaged part replacement as well as code for all offline operations including horizontal boring and reverse side machining.

The unwanted movement of small parts is a constant challenge in nested-based manufacturing.
A common time-consuming remedy is to leave the onionskin and hand-route the parts, separating them from the nest manually.
CADCode’s unique method of isolating small parts from surrounding parts so that they are held in place until the very last cut of the router insures the least possibility of part movement.
