The unwanted movement of small parts is a constant challenge in nested-based manufacturing.

is to leave the onionskin and hand-route the parts, separating them from the nest manually.
CADCode’s unique method of isolating small parts from surrounding parts so that they are held in place until the
very last cut of the router insures the least possibility of part movement.
NestLabels
(optional with NestMaker Pro) integrated labeling provides complete part management with pattern viewing and label printing
capabilities on a remote printing station.
Part labels can contain job, part and edgebanding information, as well as a machining
picture and barcode for additional CNC machining.
